Filezilla is the free FTP client program that you can use to manage files in your web server. Upload to server or download files from server, or edit or delete files in bulk can be done via Filezilla. It is a free open source project, shared and can be downloaded from http://filezilla-project.org/

Off-course, beside filezilla, you can use the iPage ftp manager (in vDeck) to manage files in your web hosting account too. This is great if you want to delete large amount or files or huge folders, and they are quickest in doing this.
